Քիչ առաջ ՀՀ ոստիկանապետին զեկուցվել է, որ Հանրապետությունում վիճակն օրհասական է և պետք է իրականությունը ներկայացնել Փաշինյանին։
Աղբյուրի հաղորդմամբ` ոստիկանապետը Փաշինյանին անկեղծորեն տեղեկացրել է, որ իրավիճակը հնարավոր է շուտով դուրս կգա վերահսկողությունից և այս կերպ շարունակվելու դեպքում հնարավոր է գործը հասնի սամասուդների:
Փաշինյանը վստահեցրել է, որ անհանգստանալու հարց չկա, մշակված է էվակուացիայի պլանը և ոստիկանապետն ու իր ընտանիքն ընդգրկված են այն մարդկանց կազմում, ովքեր արագ դուրս են բերվելու երկրից։
